07/26/2008 Sidewalk Saturdays will be held under the tent on Southminster United Methodist Church's lawn at 16th and Otoe in Lincoln. The summer program for kids will begin on June 7th at 10 a.m. and continue every Saturday through July 26th. Activities will include games, music, food, prizes and lots more. 09/27/2008 "The 8th Annual Lincoln Arts Festival at the SouthPointe Pavilions will be held September 27, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 28, 10:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Last year more than 15,000 people attended this popular event. 10/17/2008 The Celiac Sprue Association will have their national conference October 17th through October 19th at the new Embassy Suites in La Vista, Nebraska. The conference theme is “Havesting the Knowledge” and will feature national speakers, programs and information for individuals and families dealing with celiac disease. The Conference is open to the public and information is available on the CSA website at www.csaceliacs.org or call toll free 1-877-CSA-4-CSA. CSA is a member-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis worldwide through education, information and research.
